The first order was not right we wanted 2 egg, bacon and cheese biscuits takeout
We had to go back we didn't get any eggs.and it was cold Then they gave us the correct order
But I must say it was tasteless we will not order that again!
ZERO STARS!! UNFIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION!!
I once was a loyal Tim Hortons customer.. this use to be a staple of Canadian culture AND it was my first job which I loved 18 years ago while I was 15.
I spent a decade out of the country, in that time it transferred ownership and changed into something I can’t even recognize... absolutely everything is terrible! The food, the service and the coffee!
Every so often a little splinter of nostalgia has me going back in and I’m always disappointed. Today was definitely the last time.
Popped into Vancouver location for some chilli on a cool rainy evening.. I wasn’t expecting much but what I got was totally inedible.. their chilli is so fake.. after two spoonfuls I put it down, 20 minutes later my mouth still has a film of emulsifying fillers I can’t get rid of... even the quality of the plastic spoon was so terrible it would bend in the chilli. Honestly wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. AWFUL!!
Whatever this monstrosity is today, it doesn’t even deserve Tim Hortons as a name. Never again.

Everything is dry, coffee taste paper. I rarely go to tim hortons since 2-3 years but this is much worst than it was...
Tim hortans, Higgans line, Newfoundland, Canada.
I purposely went to the same store 2 weeks in a row. Day by day, every day the same time at 2pm, as soon as the store manger leaves and clocks out. Every employee turns off the grills. Throws out the remaining amount of soup, chili and bread products. Whats left in the showcase is what people can only get. Once that goes nothing in the store but coffee and tea will be made. This has been a on going issue for quite some time. They have turned away numerous clients due to not wanting to serve them lunch.
If they wont make and sell lunch and dinner please take it off the menu. Countless workers depend on the establishment for lunch and dinner.
Abosulty ridiculous.
Eat here now because you have to, if you don't it should be a federal crime. I would live under tim hortons
I bought a coffee in Belfast on Sunday it was as weak as dishwater (if not online I would use the P word) overpriced and the staff were miserable unlike every other person in the city. V disappointing
Sadly each time I go to the Tim Hortons in north Buffalo on Delaware, by Kohl’s, the kids there never get my order right. I’ve been there a handful of times and each time it has been wrong. They need better training or need to pay attention a little better. It’s a turn off unfortunately.
Tried to order on the app but kept coming up "reload". Went through the drive-thur in Headingley in Manitoba and told them what happed and they said they didn't have an online order, I reordered and left... Later that day I received a receipt from them billing me for the order that I never got... I've emailed customer service for two weeks now with no reply... Never go back, McDonald's tastes better anyway....
First visit to TH Antrim Road, Belfast. 4*/5, this morning about 11:15. Not sure what to expect.
Service, quick and very friendly, sounded like they actually enjoyed work.
Food, just got the Crispy Chicken sandwich meal + diet cola and a tuna wrap.
Hot, good taste, better than McDs Chicken Sandwich. Wedges could have been a bit hotter and crisper, but no big deal. Pack the tuna a bit more too in the wrap and throw in some napkins and it would be 5*.
Price – a bit more than McDs, but better quality, can’t really complain.
Otherwise, happy with 1st time, pity no loyalty, could do with menu on front window or in the car park.

I ordered decaf coffee but the employee was careless and gave me caffeinated which made me sick. Their pastries are good.
